Online Purchasing
We use PayPal on our secure online buying site so as
to create the best possible security for your purchase.
Orders for our products must be sent by email and confirmed
by return email before any contract of purchase is agreed.
Such contract will be governed by current legislation.
Dispatch and Delivery
All products purchased will be dispatched within 3
working days, UK and Ireland.
Delivery will be by Registered Post so a delivery address
needs to be supplied, as the recipient will have to
sign for the package.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any of our products you
have purchased online we will refund your full purchase
price providing you return them to us in their original
condition. They must be returned by way of a recorded
delivery service.
Note that we will not refund any costs incurred for
returning any items.

customers will be in accordance within the law of the
