From the moment we receive your order it, and just as important you, will be treated as we would wish to be treated ourselves. FIRST CLASS.
Once your order is placed we shall confirm back to you that it has been received. We will then inform you of the dispatch information. The time it left our factory – the method of courier – you will then receive a delivery time from the courier who will ask that someone be available to accept your order at the time stated. Although the majority of orders will be dispatched same day please allow 3-5 working days to reach you.
We advise your delivery address should be the address where the credit card is registered.
Most parcels will need to be signed for.

Or we can give an instruction to the carrier to leave the parcel somewhere safe - for example, in a shed, garage, greenhouse or with a neighbour.
