What is our fulfilment policy?

All the team at  Chayah Cosmetics want you get the best from us. We believe the products we manufacture are the best they can be and we are excited that they can all carry the Made in Britain logo.   That not only reflects who we are, it also reflects how good British Made products are.
So if we make the best then we must have the best service available to our customers.
 
Dispatch & Deliveries
 
From the moment we receive your order it, and just as important you, will be treated as we would wish to be treated ourselves. FIRST CLASS.
Once your order is placed we shall confirm back to you that it has been received.  We will then inform you of the dispatch information.  The time it left our factory – the method of courier – you will then receive a delivery time from the courier who will ask that someone be available to accept your order at the time stated. Although the majority of orders will be dispatched same day please allow 3-5 working days to reach you.
 
 
If you're items are damaged in transit
 
Your goods should reach you in perfect condition but we don't live in a perfect world.  So if they arrive damaged do not sign for them, tell the delivery driver to return them.
Contact us and we will send out a replacement immediately.
 
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied
 
Contact us as soon as possible and we will gladly replace the item or give a full refund of the purchase price.  Please let us know, unless you notified us that you are away for any reason, within 7 days of receiving the items. We will then arrange to have the items returned to us. Any goods returned must be in their original condition. Any refunds will only be paid to the original debit/credit card used for purchase. Please note we cannot accept goods for return that we believe to have been used. Ensure you get a proof of postage and keep this safe as we will not accept liability for goods retuned that have been lost in transit and may require a copy in any dispute.
If you decide on a refund we will process this within 5 working days of receiving your returned goods.
Our customer service team will notify you of the refund by email.
